OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR - SMCV APPROVED

An OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR with SMCV certification is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety, or related fields (DESIRABLE).
• TUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields.
• Course in Safety and Supervision, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Controls (IPERC).
• Training course in Occupational Health,
• First Aid, and other SST.
• Knowledge of operational controls in OSH and Supply Chain Security

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE

• Seminar on "Occupational Health and Safety Management Based on National Standards."
• Industrial Safety Course.
• Knowledge of hazards and risks.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT:

• Have SMCV APPROVAL

DUTIES:

• Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with legal regulations.
• Conduct ongoing planning and supervision of the Occupational Health and Safety Department.
• Identify and assess risks in all positions.
• Conduct occupational health and safety training for new employees.
• Prepare and update the IPERC (Integral Perspectives of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations) for all Company Areas.
• Participate in Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings.
• Comply with and develop the Occupational Health and Safety training schedule.
• Report and investigate incidents and work-related accidents, and prepare the corresponding reports.
• Update Occupational Health and Safety plans, procedures, and other matters.
• Deliver 5-minute safety talks to employees.
• Monitor Occupational Health and Safety personnel.
• Perform other activities as determined by your immediate supervisor.
