An OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR with SMCV certification is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety, or related fields (DESIRABLE).
- TUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields.
- Course in Safety and Supervision, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Controls (IPERC).
- Training course in Occupational Health,
- First Aid, and other SST.
- Knowledge of operational controls in OSH and Supply Chain Security
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE
- Seminar on "Occupational Health and Safety Management Based on National Standards."
- Industrial Safety Course.
- Knowledge of hazards and risks.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT:

DUTIES:
- Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with legal regulations.
- Conduct ongoing planning and supervision of the Occupational Health and Safety Department.
- Identify and assess risks in all positions.
- Conduct occupational health and safety training for new employees.
- Prepare and update the IPERC (Integral Perspectives of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations) for all Company Areas.
- Participate in Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings.
- Comply with and develop the Occupational Health and Safety training schedule.
- Report and investigate incidents and work-related accidents, and prepare the corresponding reports.
- Update Occupational Health and Safety plans, procedures, and other matters.
- Deliver 5-minute safety talks to employees.
- Monitor Occupational Health and Safety personnel.
- Perform other activities as determined by your immediate supervisor.
